Jennifer Lynn Crocker
The investigation led to a search warrant being executed on Sept. 23, 2010, at the suspect residence. As a result Jennifer Lee Crocker, 27, was charged with statutory rape of a juvenile, crime against nature, indecent liberties with a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Derek Todd Wyatt of the residence was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and five counts of felony drug law violations. A separate warrant was served for violation of a previous domestic assault charge.
Crocker was placed into the Yadkin County Jail under a $75,000 secured bond. Wyatt was placed into the Yadkin County Jail under a total of $11,000 secured bonds.
