Two people, including an employee, were arrested on suspicion of stealing from a restaurant earlier this month.
Calamity Jane Walton, 35, and her spouse, James Christian Walton, 39, were arrested on Friday. They face charges of felony larceny by employee, felony larceny and felony conspiracy to commit larceny.
The theft was reported August 3 at Old Stage Grill at 1801 Old Stage Road in Yadkinville.
The couple, also from Yadkinville, was seen on surveillance video taking items from the restaurant, Yadkin County deputies said.
Both were released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
