In the morning hours on Thursday, Yadkin County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Lydall Thermal/Acoustical Inc. in regard to a subject who had entered the unoccupied lobby and barricaded himself inside. When the responding officers arrived they discovered that the subject had left the building through another door and was located at a nearby business which had also been allegedly entered illegally. The subject was not an employee of either business.

Travis Ray Hall, 32, of Harmony was arrested afterward and charged with two felony counts of breaking and entering, two misdemeanors of injury to personal property and one misdemeanor of resisting public officer. He was given a $50,000 secured bond with a court date of Dec. 9.

This investigation is ongoing.
