EAST BEND — It’s safe to say that the Forbush Falcons have been unstoppable so far this season. The Falcons soccer players are undefeated after nine games.

Holding on to a 9-0 record hasn’t been hard for the Falcons, as they have dominated their opponents this season with several 9-0 wins.

On Monday night, the Falcons came up against Mount Airy (9-3-1), a team that, on paper, was set to give the Falcons a run for their money. Instead of turning out the way one would expect, the Falcons dominated once again as they went on to a 9-1 win. Forbush faced a determined Forsyth Country Day (3-5-1) on Wednesday night (results were unavailable at press time), then they continue their away game streak with a three-game run to West Forsyth, Walkertown and Randleman.

The Falcons’ next home game will be Sept. 26 against South Stokes.
