Junior Elk Legacy places first


The Jr. Elk Cheerleaders’ Legacy team represented Elkin at Jamfest National Series, a cheer and dance competition, in Sevierville, Tennessee. One hundred seventy-seven teams from multiple states attended the two-day competition. Team Legacy executed a solid routine both days, with no deductions. They placed first in the Senior Rec Level 2 division. The Jr. Elk Legacy team had a great season with several first place wins, and two Grand Champion awards.
