Two Hamptonville residents who were charged last month in a case involving stolen farm equipment have been arrested again, this time on drug charges.
Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Whitney Nicole Sizemore, 24, on Aug. 11 at her residence. She was charged with one felony count of conspire to sell/deliver controlled drugs, one count of possession of controlled drugs in prison/jail premises and one count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver controlled drugs.
Also arrested in the same incident was Cameron Tyler Carter, 22. He was arrested at the Yadkin County Detention Center on Aug. 14 and charged with one felony count of conspire to sell/deliver controlled drugs.
On Aug. 6, a Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office deputy was called to the Yadkin Detention Center regarding a detention officer finding contraband drugs in a book. After an investigation at the jail, charges were filed.
Sizemore was given a $15,000 secured bond; her court date is Aug. 18. Carter was given a $10,000 secured bond with a court date of Aug 19.
