YADKINVILLE — Detectives with the Yadkinville Police Department and Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office have charged three individuals in connection with the sale of cocaine.
Michael Eugene Jackson, 17, Ronnie Gray Hutchens, 31, and Maurice Rapheal Curtis, 28, all of Yadkinville were arrested on July 3 after detectives witnessed the trio engage in an alleged drug transaction at the Boxwood Motel, located at 132 West Main Street in Yadkinville.
A small amount of cocaine and smoking devices were seized subsequent to their arrest. Charges include sale and delivery of cocaine, conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, felonious possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine and maintaining a dwelling for the use, storage and sale of cocaine.
The three were placed under secured bonds awaiting court appearances later this month.
