Residents of Yadkin County and surrounding areas will have a chance to see elephants perform one last time as the Garden Brothers Circus rolls into Yadkinville on Oct. 20.

Two shows will be held at the Lone Hickory Arena, 1950 Bethel Church Road, at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Garden Brothers Circus has been traveling the country for 100 years, and this year’s performance will include motorcycle daredevils in the Globe of Doom, Chinese acrobats, the human slingshot, racing camels, comedic circus clowns, aerialists, and cirque artists. The show lasts an hour and a half.

Free children’s tickets have been distributed to area businesses for distribution as well as all elementary schools, preschools, day care centers and churchs.

The first 100 adult tickets sold online are $9.95 at www.gardenbroscircus.com. Tickets also will be sold at the box office on show day.
